Question winch switch wiring instructions

I'm gathering all the components right now to build my own version of this. Excellent write up, I can't wait to post my copy...er tribute switch panel

This is my work in progress... i liked Flyguyitk's idea and i'm making my own switches panel... The silver u bolts are color matched to the jeep's Silver.
