Thanks! It was a bit of a pain to do, but good bonding time with my brother. The Blue LED is insane, thats why we put it to the winch, that way it wont be on while actually driving...hopefully~

That is awsome what you did. Good idea and craftsmanship. I think something like that will find its way into my rig too.

I have to say, GREAT JOB. Two quick questions though, do you have a part number on that box from Fry's, and second what exactly did you use to create the images. The write-up on that part was a little confusing.

Hey I just saw this reply now, sorry about that.

I don't have a part number from Fry's unfortunately.

For the switch labels, I created the graphics from scratch in Illustrator, but anything that produces clean one-color PDF's should work. If you want the PDF that I used, PM me. I'm happy to remove things or re-order the labels, etc. if it would help. Beyond that if you don't have Illustrator or similar you can also ask a sign or graphics shop to whip something up.

Hope that helps...

Wish I was as handy with my hands..had this built a little while ago:

Still need to wire it up. I am also thinking bout more switches under the stereo to fill out the open space in the DIN unit.

More the better
