This is how mine ended up. I am missing the pic of the power distribution block underneath the glovebox, can upload it later.
(That dirty engine is not dirty anymore )

I found it online searching on google images, the thing is i knew what i wanted but not how it was named or where to get it. I can tell you where i got it next week, right now i'm on my phone and is hard to find where i got it.

I'm using this basic approach to an aux fuse box and wiring:

REALLY sorry for the extremely late reply.....the switch on the side operates a relay. One position is for factory horn, the other position is for an aftermarket model t "oogah" horn...both operated from the steering wheel!
