another $30 home CAI

ebay item#300243633978, 3". Well worth the $26.99, I am keeping my
eyes on the rubber and will replace the filter with a higher quality later. You
will have to fab an adapter for the breather line, the inlet on the tube is a
tad small.

I build airplanes for a living, so I took some of my engineuity and went all out. I only wish I could find some smaller pipe insulation.

I am going to copy your project this weekend, got all my parts together. My question is what and how did you attatch the O2 sensor? Also what kind of adapter did you use to attatch the air line. AWSOME IDEA, and it looks great. Thanks

put one on the sensor ... drill the hole just big enough to force it through and put the other one on the inside.
Holds mine tight and seals it right up. You should be able to find some at any autoparts store.
For the breather line... There is no pressure, so I merely found a piece of smaller vaccum line and fit the
breather line on top of it.
Take your time on the trashcan. It took me two trys to get it the way I wanted.
Hope this helped. Good luck! Post some pics when you're done!

Well I got it complete, pretty easy just take you time. I want to redo the trash can, I trimmed it a little to short, and I want to redo the hole where the intake goes through. But I went from 14.5 GPM, to 17.5 GPM no kidding. I also love the sound when you get on it, you can really hear the air getting sucked in. I know pics. As soon as I find my camera I will post. Thanks for the post and the help ZoSo-Green.
