Awesome mod...however I dont think i did it the way you did.....
I had 3/8 aluminum stock and cut it into a circle with diameter 1.25" and put a 1/2" hole in the center....
then got a 1/2" by 6" course thread bolt .... and a 2" fender washer....now i put the aluminum plate in back of the rim put the bolt through and put the fenderwasher on....then put a nut on it to ensure that it was tight
then remounted the tire and put on hi lift then i put on a washer and a wingnut....
**I also tilted mine so the jack wouldnt be blocking the third light....thanks so much for the idea....Looks much better then the hood mount.....and it only cost $5.34

I said forever back I was going to do this and never did. For those that have done this how is it holding up? Is the 1 bolt really enough to hold the jack without it turning? Anyone have some more detailed pics of the install? A few more step by step pics would be really helpful.
