Default Tire size with 18 inch wheels

Hey guys. I just purchased a 2010 wrangler unlimited Sahara and I want to put some 18 KMC Monster wheels on it. What is the biggest tire I can put on that size wheel without having to lift the jeep? What if I went with the 20 inch wheels what's the biggest? Thanks!

Doesn't matter the size rim a 33 is the largest tire without lifting. Some people do 35s but that's with changing fenders and a bunch of trimming.

Those are metric sizes. Look up a metric tire size conversion chart. FYI 275 tire size is almost a 33

You can put a 40" tire on a 15" wheel if you want. Tire size isn't limited based on wheel size. That said, a 33" tire is going to perform a lot better offroad on a 16-17" wheel than it would a 20" due to the smaller wheel providing more sidewall.

Personally I'd stick with the 18" or under
