Cant believe how quiet they are.
I measured my stock spare at 30 3/4 @ 35psi and the Duratrac spare measured at 32 3/4 @ 38psi
So there is definitely a 2 inch difference, and a solid inch in width.
No spacers and no rubbing at all. Although I havent been offroad yet.
But I do have a Teraflex 1.5 leveling kit on so I should be OK.
Maybe a 10% loss of power, if that.
IF anyone is on the fence about what to get,
I highly recommend these...........so far
very nice DTs, what size did you go with? Just got here in VA, know of anywhere good to wheel at?

Default new shoes - thoughts?

I've seen a lot of great set-ups and am close to pulling the trigger on new wheels and tires to replace my stock set-up. I want something with a more agressive tread adn wider, but will still be good for commuting (not to far, not on highways), running around, and some light offroading.

I have narrowed it down to Nitto Terra Grapplers, Mickey Thompson FC IIs, or Duratracs. I am going with 33s, no lift

I am going with MT Classic IIs - not sure about 16s or 17s.

Any opinions?

I'd recommend a 305 series if you want wide, it will be almost 12 inches wide.

Here is my 305/70/16 on MT classic II
