First decide what 15" wheels you want, then ask around. Some 15s fit, others don't.

I just put 15" wheels on my 2012 yesterday.
I got MB72 wheels in 15x8 from Discount Tire and put on 33x12.5 Goodyear Duratracs.

Regarding TPMS, you should really keep it. It could turn into a legal issue if you get in an accident.
But you can "turn it off" with a device if need be.

How can I calibrate my speedometer and odometer to cope with my 33's? I don't have a programer of my own...How much does the dealership charge?

I've heard dealer's can't do any tire larger than a 32" (The largest they offer on any vehicle).

An AEV Procal can be bought new for $149 and can do it.
