Thanks for the info, this is the same combo i like, so its just a matter of money, but i was worried about it hitting the caliper, but looks like my question is answered, thanks! this is my first jeep and loving it, just got to get rid of the sissy car tires it came with!

No rubbing now since I lifted with a Teraflex 2.5" coil lift and 5100 bilstein shocks.
Previously was stock and rubbed on the front airdam at full lock. I trimmed it down and problem solved.
Never rubbed on the calipers, I've read some 15" wheels will tho.
LOVE the Duratrac and MB72 combo. But will probably be getting 35s soon, Duratracs again of course.

Going from a 30.5" tire to a 33.1" tire wil raise a Jeep ~1.5", not 3".

No problem. This is also my first jeep. Got my tires and wheels from discount tire direct. They're a sponsor here and have treated me well. Give them a call and I'm sure they'll treat you right. Good luck!

Is anyone running a KM2 285/75/17 on a 17x8 or 17x9 wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing? I am curious to know how well something's like this would fit and if rubbing issues would occur. This size KM2 is is 33.9" in diameter with a tread width of 8.7 inches.

Any thoughts out there?
