Show your 33's

What's going on everyone I'm new to all this jeep stuff and on this forum.
This is officially my first post maybe someone on here can help me out.
I have a 2010 Sahara Unlimited 4 door thats completely stock and I have a list of things I want to do but the first thing I am looking to do is get some rims and tires. With that said I am stuck with which tires to go with.
Will the 33x12-18 Nitto Terra Grappler's MT fit on a stock 2010 Sahara.
What would I have to do to get that tire to fit. Will a 1.5 inch spacer make it clear.
Or should I go with a 275/70-18 Duratrac.
Also the rims I picked out are 18x9.
Hope someone can help me out. Also I hope I'm posting in the right section.
Thanks...

so I'm putting on 33's and was all set to order MTZ's, but looking through this thread I'm starting to rethink in favor of duratrac's....thoughts from the crowd? Comparison points?

I don't have an answer to your question but try posting in the "modified" section and you'll get your answer pretty quickly.

The Nitto's will need the spacer for sure.
The Duatracs are narrower and you will only need to put a couple of washers on the steering stops to prevent rubbing at full lock. You may still rub when the tires are fully stuffed, but only very slightly, nothing to be concerned about.
That's for width. For height you can fit both these tires with the stock suspension, but I wouldn't want to wheel that way, they'll take out a fender. A 2" lift will take care of that.
I'm running those Duratracs on the stock rims with a 2" lift and it's great.

Hey....that is a big rim at 18......I have 2008 Rubicon ....just put BFG KM2's with AEV pintler rims 17x8.5...they are 305/65 R 17...which translates to aprox 33x12.5.....they just make it in with no spacers or lift of jeep...I am totally stock....had to slightly shave down my stock aird dam which is below front bumper...I still might have to shave more as I heard a little rub the other day with a hard brake and a also when I was off-road hitting dips on trail.
I think you might have an issue with set up you want if you are looking to stay stock...the spacers might get you out enough...but I think you are going to have a verticle challenge.
