I have heard good things about the MTZ as well. I'm assuming you have the first generation version? The newest version is the Baja Legend MTZ which looks like a great tire as well, and shares many of the same qualities as the Baja Boss M/T. That is very impressive wear you are getting out of them.
Decided to bring the dog to the park and enjoy the beautiful fall weather and took a few poser pics. Rain is in the forecast late next week and I am excited to see how these do in the rain. With a good amount of siping and the large voids between the lugs I feel like these will do pretty good. I also dropped them down to 28 psi and they are riding great. I'm really enjoying these tires and hope to get to the trail in the next few weeks to break them in.

I believe there was a generation of MTZ even before those. Have you been happy with their off road performance? I am curious how the Baja Legend and Baja Boss M/T do head to head?
Something I forgot to add after driving these some is that there is no noticeable flat spotting with these tires, at least yet. By looking at them you would think they would be a little choppy when coming to a stop or getting rolling , but surprisingly they honestly feel about as smooth as the Ridge Grapplers in that department. Flat spotting from an aggressive tire doesn't really bother me personally, but it is one more plus with this tire.

im very happy with offroad and onroad performance. just an allround awesome tire.
Ok, so after a month of zero rain here in Tennessee we finally got some today and I was able to see how these tires do in the rain. We had a severe thunderstorm roll through with heavy rain and high winds. It was literally the perfect storm as it has been so dry here that the water was puddling on the road. I can report that the Baja Boss M/T tires did very well as I kind of expected. These tires are much better in the rain than my previous Ridge Grapplers, which I thought would be the case due to the large of voids between the lugs. There are simply more places for the water to escape with that spacing. It did want to hydroplane slightly in some of the deep puddles, but much less than the Ridge Grapplers, and some hydroplaning in that deep of water is going to be inevitable regardless of the tire. I wasn't able to drive it at highway speeds as the storm moved through before I could get on the interstate. Maybe next time. It also seemed like these tires didn't throw as much water out the sides, but I'm not sure of that yet as it was raining really hard. Well, another box has been checked off on the Baja Boss M/T, and I am still very happy with my tire choice and would highly recommend this tire for anyone in the market based off of my experience with them so far.
