West Branch Sno Run 1-17-2009
We went out for a sno run and had more problems than in the past.
Some of the guys ran too much air and kept getting stuck, but before we could fix this, then one of the group blew up a front CV joint. So it was a short distance day of mostly winching and tow straping.
Temp started out a -6 when I left my house and got up to a balmy 5 when we were on the trail.
Also we were in a winter storm and about 8 inches of sno fell while we were on the trail.

I see one of your group had some kind of chains on the rear, do they help much and what air pressure did you guys run.

I ran my Rubi tires down to 8 psi then I got around fairly good on the trail. At 12 psi I sunk in real bad.
