Agreed. If you had the AEV, you could just turn it around.

So was this an off trail pond? Does not look like your typical trail puddle to me. As big as it is, I don't think you caused any more erosion.

You need one of those little propellers for your hitch receiver except yours needs to work.
it is NOT a pond, its not a typical puddle either, this was in Ocala National forest FL, the puddle did not exist, not even a drop of water back in April but when you have 14+inches of rain in a few days it makes puddles where there were not puddles before

cool photos, looks like your Jeep is going rafting. All you need is a good paddle and she's ready.

Do you all check your axles every time for water or had any issues? I hope the breather tubes are extended and/or temporarily sealed off for that kind of water.

Well there was a BIG DEEP Puddle so I went thru it really fast like I always do and it lead to this, My intake tube FILLED with water and some got into the intake, we took the throttle body apart and cleaned all the water and mud that we could get to in there, took the plugs out, it still turned over thank fully the guys with me knew of a product called sea foam that they use on boat motors but you can use it on any. We got me back together after cleanign it out and then I discovered my one plug wire broke when I was taking it off. So I had to limp back to camp on 5 cylinders, then I rode shotgun for awhile then we went to auto parts store, then it poured all night so sunday am I finally fixed the plug wire and poured in the sea foam and it started up and ran good

couple pics, thanks knottymaid

I just want to say I did make it out of this hole, it was when I turned around to run thru again that my engine stalled and then I checked the air box
How do you like the RR snorkel? That's the one I'm thinking about getting. Did you do any additional waterproofing when you had the snorkel installed? BTW...killer shots!!
