My wife says it's my version of a mid-life crisis (46 going on 47). Just really kicking myself in the ass that I didn't get a Jeep 20 years ago when I was young and could really play. Jesus, this is the most fun thing I've ever owned. I LOVE it. I can stand in the garage and just stare at it for 20 minutes. It's everything I'm not - fun, ballsy, outdoorsy, tough, sexy. I cannot say enough just how happy I am that I got it.

It could be said that I am a bit biased as since 2001 I have owned a '92 XJ, an '85 CJ7, a '77 Cherokee Chief, and now a '09 JK (the only one I currently do not still own is the XJ). And everyday when I jump in my vehicle I am extremely happy that I sit behind a steering wheel that says Jeep!
Simple answer: You betcha!

I have had no problems with my Jeep so far. It has been a night and day difference on the trails compared to my '04 Land Rover Discovery. More agile, climbs like a billy goat, better approach / clearance / departure angles, infinitely more parts available in the aftermarket...
I'm happy. Really happy.

This is the fourth jeep I've owned and I have to say that Jeep continues to impress. I think the JKU is a perfect fusion of offroad capability mixed with functionality for everyone. I have the 2011 and the interior styling reminds me a lot of the Audis and VWs of a few years ago. The only thing I would have done different is wait for the 2012 3.6, but I thought that it was all just rumor and that the 3.8 was going to be around for a few more years. Live and learn.... and mod the hell out of it.

I have a small commuter car and I have my Jeep. The Jeep is newer but has a lot more mileage on it. The car collects a lot of dust. Why drive a car when I can drive a Jeep? I still love my Jeep. I've wanted one since I was a kid and I finally got one. I've had it for 2 years and I still stop to look at it in the driveway when I walk past that window, I still talk Jeep with as many people as I can, I still get to the trail when I can, and I still have a healthy Jeep obsession. Yes, I'm still REALLY happy I bought a Jeep.
