First off, I love me Jeep but.....There are times when I really want to trade it for an F150 (especially the Raptor). I do not wheel as much as I thought I would and most of the stuff I do (camping, hiking, etc) a F150 would serve just as good as a Jeep. During the summer (doorless and topless) I hardly ever think about getting a truck, but during the winter months I just cant help but think about it! I cannot bring myself to get rid of the Jeep though. Do I think about straying...YES....Would I ever actually do it.....NO!

I have enjoyed my first Jeep for over 4 years. After solving my only gripe (needed a little more get up and go) back in 09 I enjoy it even more. Sold my 2 muscle cars and garaged my offroad truck because I did not drive them anymore.
It has been reliable and fun.

I have owned a Jeep since 2003. I fell in love then and have not looked back. I had 2 TJ's. I got an '11 JKU in Feb and then traded for a '12 JKU dozer in Sept. Our whole family enjoys it! We love going to the beach in it. We do not offroad as much as we would like to, but we love putting the top back and taking the doors off and hitting the beach. Or just driving it period with the top down. I will never not own a Jeep of some sort from here on out. I hope to have this '12 JKU until the wheel fall off. Both of my kids want one now. One is 15 and the other 11. So I have to get working on that I guess.

I'm just over 2 months in with my first Wrangler. Traded a Grand Cherokee for it and couldn't be happier. Resale value is awesome so if/when I decide to get rid of it I know I won't have pissed my $$ away. I doubt I do though as my daughter will be of driving age in 6 years and what a first vehicle. Gas mileage isn't great but it's on par with my pathfinder and just behind my cherokee (was better than both stock... 35's changed that). Thinking of trading the pathfinder for a JKU for the wife's ride.
