Mine was an 89 YJ. They have been turning my head ever since. Got a WJ, which was great but wasn't the same. I've had my 09 JKU in April 09, with 400 miles on it. Bought a trailer to haul stuff. I don't mind the power, I can bitch about MPG, but it is no big deal. The benefit far outweighs all that. No regrets at all. When and if I get rid of her, it will be for another one. I've joked before, if I win the lottery today, I would still drive a Jeep....heavily modded of course!

Cold in the winter, hot in the summer, wet in the rain, guzzles gas and goes anywhere.

What's not to love?

I didn't have my 08 for a year and had to have a 12!!!

Hoping for no changes in the wrangler line for 5 years so I don't go broke trading in jeeps w/20k miles again.

love my jeep

waited for years to get one, and i love it every day, even just driving to and from work, especially when i have the doors off. just took it on first road trip to WV and it was great, brother and me and all our hunting gear and my fishing gear fit no problem, and it was the only vehicle that could cross the creek that splits the land we hunt on and climb the trails up the hills, MPG hurts some times but i figure i balanced that with the unexpected drop in insurance when i got it, and if i really want to go fast ill take my wife's WRX for a spin

I'm 100% happy i bought A jeep - but i wish i would have done more research and bought a different model jeep.

but im still happy with it.

Well I'm only a week in but I love it ! I had a turd 4cyl Tj for 2 months ! How that didn't kill my thoughts in jeeps I couldn't tell you ! I have DD a 1 ton 454 crewcab long heaviy machine for 6 years at 7mpg ! So MPG in the jeep is like driving a Prius to the normal person! So far pays for itself ! Loving it
