You know you love Jeeps when...............

I love driving topless and pulling up next to H3 Hummers at the light, and they're peaking through their little squinty side windows with that long faced look like....."Damn...I knew I should have bought a Jeep."

There are a few cars I'll look at for a second. Sheby, new hopped up Vette's, etc, etc. But generally I don't have the desire to daily drive one. I have my barracuda for show/go, but even without that, I hate the limitations of a car in suburbia as well lol. Curbs, Jeeps don't see any stinkin curbs.

I get people asking me how I like my jeep. I tell them it sucks on gas, its slow on the highway, drafty, noisy, leaky…You know every thing a Jeep should be. This is my second Jeep the first was a 84 CJ7. In the winter you had to scrape the snow off the dash because the thing was so drafty. I loved that buggy. I guess what I am trying to say here is if you want luxury don’t look at a Jeep go buy a BMW or something along that line. But if you want a true to honest 4X4 I will always say go with the one and only Jeep. Just sayin’

my 35's whine like a tie fighter barreling through a trench. she gets plenty of envy, chicks dig her and there's always a conversation to be had with a fellow owner. the breeds been all over the world, carrying our boys across foreign lands. and she brings a smile to my face when i daydream of me and dad trekking through the woods as a boy...
i tend to overlook the gas mileage and the leaks...
just my two cents...

Sometimes I go down to the garage, lower the back seats (4dr Ultd) and uh.........well.......i sleep in it. I can't stand to be away from it. That's how much I love it. Is there a 12 step program for this I should know about?

I get complements at least several times a month from people who live in my subdivision. "You must live in Windsong?" "Yes, I do." "I love that Jeep of yours!" Seriously. Several times a month from people who otherwise wouldn't say a thing to me.

Jeep
I don't drive my Jeep everyday but I check on it everyday.
This is my second Jeep. My nephew (5 - now 8 years old) bugged the crap out me about why I "got rid of my Jeep".
Now he always wants to take the Jeep.
If my brother doesn't have a boy and I can afford it my nephew (by marriage) might get this one when I am ready for the 2017 model.

I've wanted a jeep ever since the video game "Cruisin USA" came out for the N64. I finally got mine three years ago. Love every second of it. The best part is i have NO desire to even look at new cars, unless of course its another Wrangler. The only thing that sorta stinks but I don't let it get me down is all the traditional 2dr people constantly telling us we aren't jeeps and if they wanted to buy a hummer they woulda bout a hummer.
Wouldn't trade my 4dr for a 2dr ever..but i would go buy a 2dr so i could have both!
