Or even August, in my case. I wouldn't expect to wait that long, although you should expect a solid three months for a Rubi Unlimited order. Although, who knows a few lucky souls have received their Rubi in as short at 6 weeks. And yes, there have been a number of restrictions, including the sway bar over the past several months. I have stopped keeping track, but I don't think there is a sway bar restriction any more. I have recently hear rumors about a restriction with the Rubi wheels, but who knows?? Good luck!
