Default Wrangler One of the Safest for Front-End Crashes



The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has found that the Jeep Wrangler is one of the safest SUVs on the market, when it comes to front-end crashes.

My 2007 JK was crunched by a bus from behind and slammed into a bmw x3. I survived with a little whiplash and a few bruises. I did happen to have AEV front and rear bumpers that I think saved my life... The spare and tire swing took some of the impact too. I feel very safe in my tank...

I didn't look at that until now. Looks like they also had the spare tire off too.

Mine held up well to a 70mph offset head on collision too.

Not a front collision but I will add the back end holds up pretty well too!
