If I'm not mistaken I don'tthink the black ops edition comes with the different bumpers like the mw3 does. I have a 12 Rubicon and wouldn't trade it for anything

If you're staying mostly stock or a mild build the better motor is the way to go

But this is a good point. If you're planning on a complete build with axles, Hemi and what not then don't spend the money even getting a Rubicon. All the good stuff that comes on the Rubi would be replaced so find a stripped down model that would be a lot less money.

An advantage of getting the 2011 is that he can transfer my rugged ridge cold air intake, throttle body spacer and mbrp muffler i just added 3 months ago on my 2007 sahara. I could probably squeeeze him an extra 1000$ trade in for me sahara. He offered to install those for free on the 2011.

Honestly, none of that will get you even close to the power of the 2012. Drive them both, particularly on a freeway on ramp.

the 2011 doesn't even come close for the same money, take if the dealer knocks 10k off it.
In the process of trading my 10 while it still has some value.

2012... Mostly because of the better engine. Mods easily added... If you are handy.
