Doesn't really look bad at all. Then again there are no close up pics. Fairly low mileage. If it drives good and you like it then I say go for it. Maybe see if they will take $18000. That would be a pretty good deal if you could get it I think.

Like the others have said look through it and under it well. If it drives nice and is in overall good shape then go for it. I paid $18k for my 08 bare bones X with 30k on the clock last August. I could tell the previous owner had wheeled it a bit, but everything appeared to be in good shape and it drove nice so I bought it. Over a year and 12K miles later it is holding up just fine and overall I am happy with my purchase.

I paid 20k for an '08 x. 6 sp w/ power options, hard top, and tow package with 30k miles about 6 months ago. Check it out real well. Leaks, fluid levels, and under carriage. If it looks decent and you like it do what feels right.

Still pricey for its condition. Be patient. I got my 08 jk x 2dr with 25k for 15000... Nice and clean in n out with factory hardtop n decent tires.... Right hand drive...

I'm not sure if you're talking about a JKU, but I'm getting a almost-fully-loaded 2012 JKR for much less than that. Unless you're including TTL/etc - and even then? Low 30s for a full-loaded JKR even if you add navigation. About the only option I skipped on was the navigation unit, since I already have all the stereo gear. MSRP fully-loaded is much less than $40k. Not sure on JKUs, but the posts seemed to indicate it wasn't an unlimited.
