Would this have caused any damage? I drove with the trackbar out

you already checked the CA's but also the steering components, wiring for locker if applicable, brake lines, driveshaft, side of trans if the ds hit, sway bar and links. You shouldn't get a "wobbly" feeling. Make sure EVERYTHING is properly torqued down.
that must've been a violent ride. Next time, unless it's an emergency, Do NOT drive your vehicle like that, you're not the only one on the road. There are vehicles out there with kids in them!

Forgot to put the nut on my TJs track bar once and the bolt backed out while driving, talk about a scary first turn when it fell off. Drove about a mile from that plot with no long term damage. Good luck.

and u can turn the steering wheel, and use the seatbelt looped through the wheel and buckled to hold it in the correct spot so u can measure and set the axle centered right.
