Why not and if it gets broken less then 5$ in replacement parts or you can find a old fence piece for the rustic look

There's a guy in Hermosa Beach, CA with a TJ that has a 16" round wood LOG for his front bumper and hemp rope wrapped around the center. Ain't gonna lie, it looks kinda cool. I'll snap a pic next time I see him.
