My ex girlfriend hated my jeep (loud, rough ride, the money I spent on it). The day we got 8 inches of snow and she had to get to work is the day she started to be like it.

My wife has a love hate relationship with the Jeep. She likes that the built Jeep looks bad ass, but does not want the cost associated with it. And I'm too serious about rockcrawling, so want a capable Jeep. Most of my buddies drive buggies on 40"+ tires, so my 37's have a hard time keeping up. She does like wheeling trips, and the Jeep meets we have.

I told her with the money i spend on my jeep, I cannot afford a mistress on the side. She'd rather me spend the money on the Jeep now... lol

Yep! That's why I picked a jeep in the first place "impractical" lmao and a 6 speed to really make it off limits.

Yep my wife does not enjoy the rock crawling either. I loadup here PC with books and movies and say I'll see you after the trail ride.

I think the wife likes the top down beach and lake trips more than she lets on. In fact, she seems to borrow it on nice weekend days to run around town. She does like camping and hiking so that helps. She does not like the trail rides, jeep meets or the $ it takes.

My wife tolerates the Jeep's existence; and likes that I enjoy it. But she has no interest in it or going on any trails.

EDIT: she likes snow days ability to get her to work though

Oh well, she's still a keeper.

If it came to it, I think I would choose the jeep over the wife. It would be a close race.
