Why did you pick your color JK?

I narrowed it down to 3 colors: White, Red Rock, and Jeep Green.
The Jeep Green was basically the same color as my previous vehicle, so I ruled it out.
Then, one dealer had a White Rubi and another had a Red Rock Rubi so I picked the better deal!!
I love my Red Rock!

I "chose" black because it was the only 2010 Rubicon Unlimited with NAV anywhere in New England when I bough mine in December 2009.
If I could have actaully chosen a color back then, it would have been.......no clue...I really wanted Sunburst Orange but they stopped production on those in 2009. Mango Tango didn't become available as a color for the 2010's until the second round of production on them in 2010 about 2 months after I bough mine.
However, even though I wanted some version of orange, I love the way my black Jk looks now that's it modifed and somehwat "blacked out". Just got to get my Hella Black Magic's installed!

I got Charcoal . I got it for a couple of reasons ....... I really liked the colour and I also got it because they discontinued it and I knew I would be one of the few to have the colour . When I had my TJ , I also had a rare colour .

I picked Flame Red...because it was the only new, 2 door, hard top, Rubicon I could find within 50 miles back in 07 when I was hunting one. The 4 door demand had build times too long and ridiculous for me to order one.
So....good thing I also liked how it looked in red. I just promptly took it out and got some scratches and mud on it to add character. When I finally get all the paint scratched off, I willl have it painted camo. Damn paints tougher than I thought.

I saw the Jeep Green color and thought, "That is the right and proper color for a Jeep." I had to order because at that time (before gas prices soared in '07) dealers could not keep Jeep Green Jeeps on their lots.
Later, when I saw yellow, I really liked it. And, just today while driving onto Tinker Air Force Base I saw the new sand/light tan color for the first time--and I think that is probably the right and proper color for today's modern Jeep.
