Who owes the New Chrysler after April 30 ,So the 5 banks and the taxpayer's owen 61.1%.
Daimler owens 19.9 % and Fiat with 20 %. So the banks get 5 votes ,tax-pares get 1 vote, Daimler gets 1 vote and Fiat gets 1 vote when it comes to bankruptcy and what happens to the new Chrysler and its brands.

Even if Chrysler splits up... Jeep will still be around. I have a good feeling about that. They need to give up the Sebring... and stop producing the other jeep offspring that don't serve a purpose... Grand Cherokee can stay, but what the heck is the Compass?????????????????????????????????
