Just curious, as many people over the years said that they would have gotten half-doors with their JK if they knew they could order them at no cost with the jeep.

Who is taking the plunge?!?!

Would be nice if you could still order them with your full door option just to throw them on from time to time. Love the half doors.

I purchased half doors last summer for my '08 that I will just repaint and use on my new '12. I love the half doors on dry days but the windows leak terribly when it rains or I wash it. Guess I don't have something adjusted just right. Hopefully they will fit tighter on the '12.

is there a reason you could not order both sets??????? In my opinion it should be an option if you are ordering one and not selecting from the lot. Just Sayin

Trying to order 2012 Rubi Unlimited with Half Doors...
My dealership is working with the factory because Chrysler says it's not an option!

even though they show them on the website and in 2012 brochure

I was just able to spec one out on the website but not if you add power locks, remote key-less entry or the security alarm...

Makes me think that the 2011 Rubicon I was offered by the dealer probably had them. I turned it down and got a sport instead because it didn't have power locks, remote key-less entry or the alarm. It wasn't on their lot so I'm not too sure, tho.

But, if you're trying to get one with the power group that could be why!

Wow...

Air Conditioning is also an option that removes the half-doors! That's NUTS. The hard-top also removes the option but that makes sense. Can't even get the dual top group with it...

Very limited option!

They always show a jeep on their website with half doors like the new cod version bit in real life you can't get half doors with it! Only on a sport. You used to see rubicon jku with half doors. I looked at a used 08 that had them.
