Weenus is a slang term used to describe the loose area of wrinkly skin on your elbow. It’s apparently also used to describe a penus or the loose skin on it or something like that…
Personally I’ve never heard this term before but I am getting a kick out of the discussion about it!

I have had a Texas Trooper Pull along side me at night and take a pic of it while I was on the Tollway. At first I thought I was getting pulled over then he just drove by with window down and thumbs up. Never thought it would get this much reaction. But I had my plate about 6 months before Hangover hit the theaters.

North Dallas? HP area? Cracked me up. I was with my daughter, and she knew what it meant about the elbow skin. She's 14.
I thought it had something to do with the area called Taint on a girl, or Scranus on a guy,...
