I'm about to buy my first jeep. It seems like hard tops are easier to find then soft. So I would like to buy a factory or other type of soft top. Can somebody provide a link to a good place to get one with all the hardware to mount it?

Used I have set a 24k budget. I guess what I'm really looking for is one that folds down like a factory but I don't know what hardware or whatever I need but this one you mentioned does it do that?

What should I be looking to spend for a full soft top set up? Thing is I'm a schoolteacher and where I'm going to store my hardtop since I live in an apartment is going to be at the school and I will have no access to it during the summer

There are sponsors on this forum that will get you set up right for a great price. I got a brand new Bestop for an unlimited for $900 shipped to the door from one of the sponsors here. Just look in the sponsor section

There should be a few used ones in the classified section even new I seen there I got mine with just a few hundred miles for $400 with all the hardware the twill material or premium top goes for more I seen them $800-1000 just be patient and you should find a good deal soon. Oh yeah Craigslist works too.
