Default Where do you mount your GO PRO camera

I was mounting it on the inside of the windshield but you can't really see what I am about to hit. Where do you mount yours?

Yeah that's the same place I mount mine. Wondering where others mount also.

been looking at these cameras, how do you like it?, I was thinking it could be mounted behind the grill quite successfully.

the gopros are such an awesome 'do it all' camera. I use them for Jeeping, Down hill mountain biking, and Street rocket riding. They have a variety of adhesive mounts curved or flat. Flexible multi angled mounts, and the most common used on jeep, suction cup mount. I use the suction cup mount to mount my gopro to the top flat surface of my front steel bumper. Great view of what your climbing over.

I just got a gopro last month and this was my first attempt on the jeep. I mounted on the windshield with the suction cup mount both inside and outside, on the soundbar with the adhesive mount, on the rear side window, but my favorite was on the swaybar with the handlebar mount. I have a non rubicon so i physically disconnect the swaybar and strap it so it stays perfectly still. Makes for an interesting pov. Get a perfect view of getting the axle hung up on a rock at the end

I bought a HERO2 outdoor edition months ago and it came with some flat and curved 3M adhesive surface mounts. In my 2012 JKUR, I removed the top rubber holder in the middle of the dash and placed an adhesive mount on the flat surface. I was skeptical at first about the 3M strength on the plastic surface, but it stuck on there for good and holds the camera very well and stable. Perfect viewing angle for me out the windshield on trips. Adhesive has been in 0° temps and 80° temps already with with no issue.

I've put it on a front or back fender and it's got a pretty good view. gets covered in water and mud, makes for a cool video
