I have the hard top off, bikini top on, doors on, AC on full. I could not do it if I didn't have the bikini top on. No way. My temp gauge in the Jeep said it was 103 when I went to get gas at lunch. My Jeep temp gauge has topped out at 108 so far this summer while out driving. I've seen it as high as 121 when parked in the sun. I was parked in the shade at work. All the weather stations around here today are reporting about 98. Heat index however is 106. It isn't as bad today as they previously thought. Being an appraiser sucks during this time, I had to measure a building Tuesday afternoon, about the same temp, I was soaked when I was done, sweat was pouring off of me, like I had been out for a run type sweat. Thankfully I had the bikini top on, because I wouldn't be able to do it without.

Its been about 110-113 and i'm still driving with no doors or top on.. I've drove it when the temp gauge has shown 118 and that was a huge mistake. Usually id have the doors/top on but i recently won a set of trail doors (Thanks to OR-Fab and Phoenix JK'ers) and ive been too damn stubborn to take them off My fiance bitches everyday about putting the doors back on too, she wont drive in the jeep until i do lol

For me it all depends on where I'm goin. I've had the soft top on, no windows for a few weeks now, just for some shade to and from work so I'm no soaked in sweat..No top, no doors on the weekends tho and its 100 here with a heat index of around 1 billion degrees...

Heat index was 110 today, even with cloud cover. But I'm fine with the top and doors off. I've found the vehicle, dash, seats and all are much cooler, than when my top is on, and it Soaks in the sun all day. A few ideas to make it more bearable:
1) Plan your route, so you keep moving. Take the scenic route.
2) turn the vents OFF. Mine blows hot air even when outside temp is 60F. You've got plenty of air coming in anyway. Unless you use the AC!
And the best one:
3) Before you leave, prepare a large insulated cup of beverage and ample ice, and take with you. Besides cooling you down significantly, you look cool as you sip to everyone envious of your carefree, "jeep" attitude with life!

It's been consistently hitting 114 during the day around here. I'm keeping my top and doors on with the A/C blasting until about October when it should drop down to the lower 90's.
