Default When is a Jeep, no longer a Jeep?

I was recently at a off road park with a whole bunch of rock crawler buggies and I saw one with the grill of a YJ but everything else was metal tubing and gigantic tires. That got me wondering; when does a Jeep stop being a Jeep? Is it when the grille is no longer present or must it retain the overall shape? Or does the vehicle simply have to have a Jeep logo somewhere? Curious as to what everyone else thinks.

It might be a home built buggy but in spirit it is still a Jeep!

I'd say non-stock frame = no longer a Jeep. Just my opinion.
