No, he's saying with stock suspension you can clear 35's with flat fenders, or clear 35's with a 2.5" lift with stock fenders.

This is a 4" Currie with 3" bump extensions with 37's. 35's are 1" smaller in diameter. I don't think stock with flats will stop you from rubbing unless you use some huge bump stops and your on road performance will suffer greatly. And the last one is stock tires with 4" lift with flats.

Do your research. The rubicon sits a little higher than the other models and I think when some of these companies advertise a lift it is on the sport model. The 3.5 RC lift is barely a 2.5 lift. From the hub to the fender is 24 inches. I also have after market bumpers.
