It definitely sucks. People always ask me why I keep everything unlocked and my answer is always that I'd rather they take something easily rather than cut the soft top to get to it. If I'm dumb enough to leave something valuable inside then at least I'm only out the cost of that stolen item, and not the soft top replacement as well.

that sucks, man.
Maybe it was PETA and they thought your dog was passed out in the back and they were trying to rescue it!
Seriously, I'm glad there was no damage beyond the "being violated" part of it.
