Default What are my options for 33/12.50/17 tires?

Anyone have an idea of the different tires that are offered in this size? As much as I would like to go to a 35, I think I am more interested in getting the wider stance look, than going to a taller tire. I really like what I am hearing about the Duratracs, but I don't think it comes in this size.

Planning on staying with the stock rims for now.

I was going to say the same thing! I have my sights set on a set of Cooper Discoverer STT Tires in 33x12.50R17.

However I do want to point out to you that you will either have to get new rims or get spacers for your stock rims to fit tires that big/wide otherwise you will have some mad rubbage.

that size however, as said, is super duper popular. Just go on any tire site really and do a search under those size parameters youll find a wide variety of tires. (Take a look at those coopers! I think they look great and from what I have read, they really perform as well)

Add another 33x12.50R17 STT....very satisfied...give you an idea I have 4.5 BS rim...this is how much they stick out from the stock fender.

Just hit the confirm purchase on a set of Cooper Discoverer STT, 285-70-17. I was not expecting to do any upgrades until next year. So much for waiting.

New rims and tires next week.

Are you lifted? I'm wondering how that size will fit a stock JK? Revyjku08's photo looks great!

I am not lifted, everyone says they will fit, I hope they are correct. I plan to do a BB soon, so we will wait and see.

I will keep you updated.

i have Mt/r With kevlar 285/70/r17 tires on mine with no lift but my rim has a backspace of 4.5 inches. With your stock rim i believe you will be rubbing.

You will rub offroad unless you trim your flares, get flat ones, or increase bumpstops.

305/75R17 and it rubs.
