Maybe he wanted to take the top all the way down and the rear doors off but after removing the fronts and putting the windshield down he worked up a sweat and is cooling off.

i don't get why it would be illegal though since people can ride motorcycles with no helmet.

I always thought it was cool that you coul pick the door and top combo to pull off or leave on. This guy found the only combo that looks absolutely ridiculous.

He is just trying to keep the windshield from getting smashed by a rock.
We all know how prone they are to that. Cheaper to replace Your sunglasses than a windshield.
Maybe a big rock will knock some sense into him.

Everyone is making fun of him, but all I see is a very safety-conscious driver attempting to slow down a runaway Jeep with no brakes. It's genius if you ask me.
