There is a package that the factory sells to the dealers that covers the first couple oil changes. It is at a cost to the dealer and is not standard from DCX. It is up to the dealer to purchase these and give them to the customer for free. Called the Owner Care Package.

For those that list a free car wash...are there dealers out there that acutally don't detail each new car they deliver??? How do they stay in business with that kind of customer service?

If things work out right I will have some free pictures of me storing your Rubicon (on the trails of Big Bear ) while your away. Better pray it shows up early.

 

I got JACK S..t, even thou I had said to the salesman, I want a Jeep hat since every salesman had given me one for vehicle I had bought in the previous years..his response..".I'll work on it.."..right.now get this when I bought my TL, I got an Acura hat, a windbreaker, mats, convex mirrors, trunk net, locking wheel locks, free oil changes for as long as I owned the TL, and the wife received a fruit basket the day we picked up the car....how about them apples......
