Sorry to be a dummy on this one but what do you mean by "water pump pouring out the weep hole." I drove across the west virgina mountains a few weeks ago and when I stopped once I noticed steam coming from the hood. When I inspected I found no leak and no loss of fluid. It was a mildy rainy day. I have been waiting for it to happen again and it has not...but have not driven as far or pushed the jeep as hard since then. Another mystery?

That's not how I want to handle it. I want to keep using this dealership for several reasons. This was their FIRST time performing this TSB with the timing cover. Granted, it may have taken longer than it should, but they fixed it. I want to build a good relationship with them, not make them my enemies.
