Probably pitch the stock one. With the AEV bumper I am going to end up cutting out the crush cans so about all that will be left it the plastic.
I think I may have my wife going for the winch since it is $950 at North Ridge at the moment, and msrp os $1250, how do you pass up $300 off?

I wish. That one was Kent's at AEV. I would have taken the one parked next to it too since it was the Ultimate from SEMA 2007 after they got done putting the 6.1 into it. I wanted to buy the complete comversion from them, but couldn't justify the price since I can get the same parts and do it myself for a lot less.

I ended up placing my order for the AEV front bumper today with the 9.5ti winch. I ended up holding off in the skid for now though since it is easy to get permision to spend $300, but not to spend $2200.

Longer than she can if it helps me get Jeep parts. Next is the rear bumper and then suspension so I think I may be in trouble the next couple of months.
I think she keeps comparing the price to what it was when we looked at ordering from AEV, and is happy I am not that expensive. I should be able to do more for about $10,000 less.
