I went to Viva Dodge Jeep Chrysler here in El Paso and they were totaly clueless when it came to the USAA thing. Even after showing them the print out from USAA their manager wanted to be argumentative and not honor the USAA deal. Needless to say I left. I need to let USAA know about this.
