Default what did I do!!!!?

Took my JK thru some trails and water.... deppest it got was to the bottom of the doors... had a great day and some awsome picks... I have to go back to the trails tomorrow to find my mbrp muffler..... Got stuck in a few feet of mud /water. Got some cool picks and had a blast! The aftermath however has been a nightmare. My JK has been overheating like crazy. First think I thought it was just the mud all over the engine.... cleaned it all up with a pressure washer, gegreased, washes the whole nine yards.... and now still At low sppeds my jeep red lines the thermostat... what did i do!? Wash out the radiator thoroughly. Probably have mud in between the fins
Let cool down completely first

Sorry to hear about the Jeep. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

This is why my Jeep prefers rocks rather than mud.

In Florida, I think mud is a lot more common than rocks... but damn, you must have hit that mud puddle at a crazy speed to knock your fender off. honestly, you're lucky you didn't hydrolock it going that fast.

It's true. The radiator could be so clogged you'd be shocked. You may need to take the front grill piece off to power wash the radiator. There have been other threads with like stories. Good Luck

I don't think mud can get to the thermostat.

As far as the fender coming off... I had my dealer perform the gas tank and fender recall this morning... I think the a-holes forgot to put on two of the clips because they are MIA and that is the side they had to take off to perform the recall
