LOL, uh yeah, maybe you noticed there's a bunch of threads around about this.

I wouldn't sweat it too much. People who buy Jeeps, love Jeeps and understand that Jeep is not a POS Honda CRV or Ford Escape and it never will be.

Yeh. I saw it to. Consumer report people might be yuppies who only drive BMW's. You know some people aren't happy unless you drive what they drive.

Consumer Reports is masturbation for middle managers without souls.

What's really funny is, even without the whole "Consumer Reports doesn't drive offroad" thing, they still managed to put some good vehicles on that worst-vehicles list.

The Yaris? If you want cheap and reliable, you'd be hard-pressed to beat it! It's a good car. Lightyears ahead of something like the PT Cruiser. Now THAT is a lousy car! How about the Hyundai Accent and Kia Rio? Lousy, lousy cars that fall apart.

And shoot, they like the Hyundai Santa Fe? Even ignoring offroad capability, and focusing completely on on-road, I drove one and it never could figure out what gear to stay in. 3 hours on straight, flat freeway with no traffic, and it spent the entire trip shifting from 5th to 6th and back. So annoying...

If I went by Consumer Reports, I would have had a lot of crappy vehicle experiences over the years. You can't always believe what you read and we are all entitled to our own opinions. That's why there are so many choices. Definately wouldn't even consider their top pick, that would be embarrassing. I have morales
