Unhappy Weird Sounds in my Engine, please help identify

Hello guys, i rarely post but i do read a lot, and now im worried about my 2010 2 door Wrangler, thing is that it started making low knocking noises ... these noises are random , sometimes you can barely hear it and other times its just plain simple annoying and now it has another sound... its like a beep ... ive recorded it with my phone so you guys can listen to it and maybe know what it is??? as for the knocking noise i was told that its because of the OIL, i changed the oil and it still does it though.

here is the link to the sound
