Can anyone tell me what that is just to the right of the standard rubicon buttons?

Agreed with this. Although the trunk monkeys are sometimes dangerous they must be release or you will get feces all over you trunk

So I have the 730n Nav system. Why do you think someone would put in a separate blue tooth mic. A little background I just purchased the JK yesterday it's a 2013 rubicon unlimited. It had 2500 miles. Not sure who was the previous owner. Just seems weird.

Looks like a call button and bluetooth but those should already be on the steering wheel and on the radio.

If you got your jeep new its a aftermarket option they sold you. Its a roadside assistance/lo-jack device you press when you need help. I don't know exactly how it works but the dealership I use to work for sold a ton of them and its like a $1200 option.

Thanks. I bought the Jeep used. If I can even call it that. It had 2500 miles on it when I drove it off the lot so the person who bought it before me must have purchased the low jack device. Either way thanks for the help. Can't wait to lift her and post some pics for all to see.
