Weather and the Wave
Temps in the upper 80s here in Philly these days and I have my hard top off and having fun.
I noticed I've been getting a lot more Jeep Waves in the last 24 hours. The nice weather is obviously putting Jeepers in a better mood. Stock, modded, the young, the old, male and female all waving and/or returning waves.
On a side note, this morning I was filling up the gas tank just before the price took another astronomical leap and from the other side of the pump I hear someone exclaim "that's awesome!". A guy filling up his F150 pickup started checking out my JK and asking questions about removing the top and doors and said he'd have to get a manual tranny just so his wife couldn't drive it.
My pretty ordinary JK was getting a lot of attention today.

I'm hoping to take the hardtop off tomorrow & put the softtop on so I can take it off when it stops raining here. Already got my (manually operated) hardtop lift assembled in the garage & hanging from the rafters. Supposed to be 70 on Sunday. TOPLESS baby!!! woohoo!!!!

Yeah, it's probably a 2wd 4dr, too. C'mon, seriously, what was Jeep thinkin' when they decided to make a 2wd Wrangler?

Yep, I am in a better mood, more waves. I had a guy in a Minivan roll down his windows and start asking me questions at a stop light. Then a lady stopped on a cross street, that did not have a stop sign, holding up traffic, so she could get a look at my Jeep when I turned.....Life is Good
