I've always gone to Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Plainfield, IN. They've never done me wrong!

As for that place in Noblesville... I've always hated their commercial jingle...

Oh man, I don't even want to think about it. I probably would, if I had no choice, but I would do some things differently. For one thing, if I couldn't get the dealer and my local tag office to put some things in writing for me in advance (and I'm pretty sure that will not happen), I will record my phone calls with them. Even if those recordings are not admissable as legal evidence, they still would be enough to prove to anybody what was promised and give me a leg to stand on if it comes down to a dispute.

In a perfect world, I would rather buy all my vehicles gently used from individuals. No taxes!

Detonator Yellow was discontinued and not available to order on the 2011 Rubicon at the time I was shopping. I had to find one already out there.

Sucks tax was so much that way. I was pissed that wyoming is 5% when I bought mine and 4% the next year for tags Goes down slowly from there for the first 5 years for the tags.

Write the Local district attorney, and let him know your full particulars. A collection of any sort of tax or fee on behalf of a state is not dfiscretionary income for the dealership. Their retaining these funds is stealing from you and the state. I flew from Richmond to Norcross, Ga. to the Carmax lot, their prices on new Jk's were dynamite. I filled out a tax waiver for the state of Georgia, gave proof of insurance, handed them a check for $24008.00 and drove home....
