which numbers or letters tell when my 09 was built??

One of my biggest pet peeves!!! Also when people say "ABS brakes." The "B" stands for braking.

 

Look on your window sticker and it will give you the manufacture date. The door just tells you the month and year of production but the window sticker will show the actual build date of the vehicle. Lower left bar-code will have a number near it (0525 or 0801) signifying the month and day of production.

 

I can see how this may drive you nuts since you're bacically saying vehicle identification number number. In my business we talk cfm. I can't stand it when folks refer to it as "cfm's" as in "how much cfm's do I need?"
