Good luck. I ain't gonna try to talk you out of it. I don't think that's our job. You gotta do what you gotta do. I don't think you'll get anywhere near what you want, but i wish you all the luck in the world. You're gonna regret it.

That is the reason I got rid of my 05 Xterra, I loved it, but I was making payments on it, and hardly got to drive it, so I sold it, got an 03 rubi. Now we have 3 cars and 2 are paid for. Te rubi is my "fun" car. What you could do is sell your jeep, just put the money away, for a rainy day. I have a 2002 Nissan Altima with 150k miles, runs like brand new, haven't had any trouble. I'm in NC....how much would you sell it for??

Great looking rig!
My $.02 - In this economy I would not be as willing to sell it, unless your company car is built into your contract. And at that I would make sure it is lock tight in there. I have seen to may companies getting rid of the excess cars to cut back on the bottom line and try to look like they are turning a profit. Hell the cops here have even started riding with partners in the car.

you're an adult, if you want to sell it then sell it 
, sounds like you already have your mind made up and more importantly you sound guilt ridden because you are driving a nice vehicle compared to your wife which I commend you on 
...sell it and get something for her that she likes ....then turn around in a couple years and buy yourself a Corvette C6 Z06

It's much safer for me to be in a Jeep. I like speed WAY too much.
