I just can't justify having a vehicle payment on a Jeep I barely drive while the wife and kids are driving around in Jeep with 160k on it. Anybody want to try to talk me out of it? The wife doesn't want to drive mine...

What is your daily driver, if it's not the JK and what is your wife driving now?

tbh mate, if you wanna sell then i dont think many people will try and convince you otherwise, as it is your decision at the end of the day and i honestly think that you have already made up your mind about the sale to get to this stage anyways

if u wanna sell, then sell, if u dont, then dont - dead easy!

My daily driver is a "company car." Hers is a 2002 Grand Cherokee with nearly 160,000 miles on it. In over a year and a half, I have only put 9,700 on mine.

Sounds like me. in a year and a half, I only have 10200 on mine, but it is my daily driver and my wife drives and 07 Tahoe. I can definetly understand wanting to keep the better half in a reliable vehicle.

All in all it's just a car. If you have a family to take care of and you'd prefer to do something else with the $, then sell it. You can always get another one down the road if you want.

x2 i thnk you have already rationalized that it is a luxury toy for you to have and your general concern is what your wife and kids are riding in. Sounds like you have your decision already!

Good luck with your decision.. you gotta do what you gotta do.
Thanks. If the Jeep sells, I will make you a smokin' deal on that mirror bracket.

I take it that your wife isn't interested in driving the JK while you have the company car?

She's only 5' tall and can't reach the kids' carseat buckles without climbing into the back seat herself. The ironic part about it is that the JK was originally supposed to be her daily driver. When she decided she didn't really like driving it, I put it on the 37's. Now she really doesn't like climbing in it at all.
