Um...you ARE a Jeep dealership, right???
Walt: "Hi I'd like to have my Jeep looked at"
Stealership: "What vehicle is it?"
Walt: "Its a 08 JKU"
Stealership: "A what?"
Walt: "Um a 08 4 door Jeep Wrangler"
Stealership: "What's the problem?"
Walt: "It won't shift into 4wd low"
Stealership: "We don't recommend you use 4wd low....why do you need 4wd low?"
....silence and incredulity from Walt......
Walt: "Umm.....it's a......Jeep...."
I have an appointment for Monday but I may cancel..........

I wouldn't expect them to know the term "jku" just slang, not the actual name of the vehicle. But the 4lo response is a little scary. Its like saying "my a/c is broke" they say "we reccomend opening a window"
